1-Year Warranty and Expert Support

All purchases of computers and components from Godlike Computers are secured by an extensive 1-year warranty. This warranty safeguards you against defective or inaccurately described products. In addition to this, Ashley, our owner, personally manages an exclusive support service. This service is available to help you with any questions related to upgrades or resolving issues with your Godlike Computer, extending well beyond the initial purchase.

Return Guidelines

Should you wish to return a product, please inform us within 30 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 days to complete the return. Returns initiated due to buyer’s remorse require you to cover the shipping charges. For returns involving defective products, we will absorb the shipping costs. Detailed instructions for return shipping and packaging will be provided by us.


We will conduct a thorough inspection of all returned items. Following this inspection, refunds will be processed within 48 hours, credited back to the payment method originally used. Refunds may be adjusted for any product damage resulting from improper care or misuse, excluding damage incurred during shipping, which is our responsibility.

Shipping for Returns

For returns based on buyer’s remorse, the cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund. When returning a faulty item, we take care of the return shipping costs. Proper packaging is crucial to prevent shipping damage, for which you might be accountable. Guidance on proper packaging will be provided, ensuring your item is protected during transit.
